Standard glaze colours
Natural finish
This is unglazed and rough to the touch. The colour is an off-white, cream colour. angelhearts are fired to a high temperature to minimise weathering, but greater protection would be offered by choosing one of the glazes below.
Glazes
Transparent Matt
This allows the natural offwhite/cream colour of the clay to show through and gives maximum relief definition. A clean, crisp glaze.
White matt
A milky white glaze which tends to 'soften' relief work.
Stone matt
A slightly green/white hint to a natural mottled stone. A very neutral, subtle colour.
Rusted blue matt
A grey/blue glaze with random 'rusting' areas. Gives a lovely aged/weather look while retaining its blueness.
