angelhearts produces commemorative clay hearts on which a personalised message, tribute, poem or name can be placed. These can be to remember family, friends or pets with the words of your choice.
Classic hearts: These come in three basic designs with space left for your message.
Specially commissioned hearts: I can cater for varying designs, including shapes.
Tile hearts: Smaller hearts which are flatter and designed to hang on a tree, rosebush or post.
angelhearts are specifically designed to be left outdoors, in a garden or by a grave. The tile hearts come with holes, enabling them to be suspended by ribbon etc.
